Loaded smash burger bowls layered with crispy potatoes, seasoned beef, fresh toppings, cheddar cheese, and creamy special sauce.
Ingredients
2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large yellow onion, diced
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef or ground turkey
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
3–5 tablespoons dill pickle juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
7 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 1/2 cups diced dill pickles
3/4 cup diced red onion
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 avocado, diced
Chopped scallions or parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F or air fryer to 400°F.
2. Wash and dry the potatoes, then cut in half.
3. Season potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Arrange potatoes cut side down on a baking sheet.
5. Roast for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
7. Cook diced onion for 4–5 minutes until softened.
8. Add ground beef or turkey and cook until browned.
9. Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic salt, and black pepper.
10. Cook until fully cooked with slightly crispy edges.
11. Whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, Cajun seasoning, pickle juice, and garlic powder.
12. Season sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
13. Divide crispy potatoes between bowls.
14. Top with burger meat and shredded cheddar cheese.
15. Add lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onion, and avocado.
16. Drizzle with special sauce and garnish before serving.
Notes
Air fryer potatoes cook in about 18–20 minutes.
Keep toppings separate until serving for the freshest texture.
Adjust pickle juice in the sauce for your preferred consistency.
