  • 1 can (15 oz) chili beans
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin


Instructions

  • In a large soup pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat, crumbling it as it cooks. Once fully browned, drain the excess fat.
  • Return the beef to the pot and add the diced bell peppers, onion, diced tomatoes, corn, black beans, chili beans, tomato sauce, beef broth, salsa, chili powder, and cumin.
  • Stir everything together until well combined. Bring the mixture to a boil.
