Description

20 fresh jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise with seeds removed
1 pound ground sausage
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese


Ingredients

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking dish or sheet.
Cook the Sausage:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until fully browned. Drain any excess grease and set aside to cool slightly.
Prepare the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and shredded Parmesan. Stir the ingredients together until well blended.
Stuff the Jalapeños:
Place the halved jalapeños on the prepared baking dish. Fill each jalapeño half generously with the sausage and cheese mixture, making sure they are well-packed.
