Instructions
- For the Salisbury Steak Meatloaf:
- Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Lightly grease a loaf pan with oil.
- In a food processor, blend the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and parsley until finely minced.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced vegetables with ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, marinara sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and salt. Mix just until everything is evenly incorporated. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.
- Transfer the meat mixture into the greased loaf pan, pressing it down gently to shape it evenly.
