Description

  • Elevate your dinner with mozzarella and shrimp stuffed salmon fillets—packed with flavor and perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 salmon fillets (8 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 8 oz raw shrimp (tails removed)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the Shrimp Filling:
  • Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and shrimp to the pan, stirring frequently to avoid burning the garlic. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, then remove from heat.
  • Make the Stuffing Mixture:
  • In the same skillet, stir in the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese with the cooked shrimp until everything is well combined.
  • Prepare the Salmon Fillets:
  • Place the salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Make a slit in the middle of each fillet to create a pocket for the stuffing.
  • Stuff the Salmon:
  • Fill each salmon fillet with the shrimp and cheese mixture, reserving a small amount to top the fillets later. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Bake the Salmon:
  • Bake the stuffed salmon fillets in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
  • Add Extra Stuffing and Broil:
  • Remove the salmon from the oven and top each fillet with the remaining shrimp mixture. Broil for an additional 5 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
  • Serve:
  • Serve immediately and enjoy this rich, cheesy, and savory seafood dish!
