- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
For the Pasta
- 12 oz fettuccine, penne, or your favorite pasta
- Salt, for boiling water
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with 1 tbsp olive oil to prevent sticking.
2. Cook the Beef
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the beef slices with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sear the beef for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute to form a roux.
- Gradually whisk in the heavy cream and beef broth, ensuring no lumps remain. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, nutmeg (if using), and season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Combine Pasta and Sauce
- Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy garlic sauce until well-coated. Add the cooked beef slices and toss gently to combine.
5. Serve
- Plate the beef pasta and garnish with chopped parsley or basil. Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top for extra indulgence.
