Instructions
- In a medium pot, combine the rolled oats, plant-based milk, water, peanut butter caramel, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
- Place the pot over medium heat and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.
- While the oatmeal is cooking, heat a skillet over medium-low heat and lightly grease it with coconut oil.
- Add the diced apple to the skillet, followed by ground cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Stir occasionally and cook for 3-5 minutes until the apples are softened and warm.
