Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups nacho cheese-flavored Doritos, crushed into fine crumbs
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon milk
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast, making sure not to cut all the way through.
Prepare the Filling:
In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stuff the Chicken:
Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each chicken breast pocket. If necessary, secure the edges with toothpicks to keep the filling inside.
