Instructions
- 1. Prepare the Baking Dish
- Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Lightly grease a rectangular baking dish that fits the cod pieces without overcrowding. Place the seasoned cod fillets in the dish.
- 2. Make the Lemon Garlic Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- 3. Assemble the Dish
- Pour the lemon garlic sauce evenly over the cod. Scatter the diced butter across the fillets and top with lemon slices.
