- Stir in minced garlic, cauliflower florets, chopped cabbage, turmeric, cumin, paprika, and chili flakes (if using). Sauté for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- 3️⃣ Simmer until tender:
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a gentle simmer. Let cook for 15-20 minutes until all vegetables are soft and flavors meld together.
- 4️⃣ Season & finish:
- Add salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and fresh parsley. Let it simmer for a couple more minutes before serving.
